Albert E. Holt

Albert E. Holt was born in Martin County on December 6, 1939. He grew up in Willow Valley.  When he was 7 years old he was hit by a car while going to the mailbox. As an adult, he lived out by Tucker Lake with his sister Dot before moving into the care of ResCare. He formerly worked at the First Chance Center and attended the New Hope Christian Church of Paoli. He was the official weatherman for the residents and employees of his Rescare home.  Albert loved his dogs and he had many of them over his lifetime. He also enjoyed attending the annual Johnson Holt Reunion.

Albert is preceded in death by his parents Clifford Lee and Frances (Gentry) Holt.

Caretakers- Carrie Woolston, Jamie Doyle, Candace Byrn, Sheena Durbin and his sidekick for several years, Susan Cooper

Visitation for Albert E. Holt will be from 2-4 pm Tuesday, November 8 at McAdams Mortuary. The Funeral will follow at 4 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. The burial will be in Sulphur Creek Cemetery of French Lick. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com
