Carl "Jr." J. Stroud

Carl "Jr." Stroud, 85, of Paoli, passed away September 12, 2020 at his home. He was born September 22, 1934 in Marengo to parents, Carl E. & Lorene (Richardson) Stroud. He married Catherine "Chris" Stroud on August 27, 1960. Carl was a U.S. Army Veteran and self employed Logger. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church of Paoli where he served on the Parish Council.

Daughters- Ramona Osborne (Keith) of Owensboro, KY, Linda Manship (David) of Hardinsburg, Nancy Radcliff (Darren) of Paoli & Jennifer Coleman (Jeff) of Hardinsburg

Brother- Gary David Stroud of Jasper

Grandchildren- Nathan Manship of Paoli, Natalie Manship Lane of Paoli, Olivia Osborne Spears of Owensboro, Paige Radcliff of Paoli, Elizabeth Radcliff of Paoli, Julie Radcliff of Paoli, Anna Radcliff of Paoli, Jack Coleman of Hardinsburg, Jarrett Coleman of Hardinsburg & Jillian Coleman of Hardinsburg

Great-Grandchildren- Cooper Lane, Liam Lane, Henry Lane, Ava Manship, Max Manship, George Spears, Mary Catherine Spears, Philip Spears & Gatlin Coleman

Carl "Jr." Stroud is preceded in death by his parents, son- Timothy Lynn Stroud & brother- Robert Lee Stroud.

Funeral Mass will be 11am Wednesday, September 16 at Christ the King Catholic Church of Paoli. Father Peter Gallagher will officiate. Burial will be in Marengo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9am-11am, the service time, on Wednesday at the church. Mask will be required at the church. The family requests memorial contributions be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908. McAdams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
