Dana Lavon McDonald

Dana Lavon McDonald, age 51, of French Lick, passed away on September 16, 2023, in Indianapolis. She was born on January 13, 1972, in Huntingburg to her parents Jerry McDonald and Mary Faulkenberg. Dana enjoyed time with her friends. She had a heart of gold and brought joy to those around her. She also liked participating in kareoke and playing bingo at Paoli Senior Citizens Center.

Survivors include:

Mother- Mary Seifrig of French Lick

Daughter- Dezaray McDonald of Eckerty,

Sons- Johnny Wright and Denver Wright, both of Petersburg

Sisters- Carrie Bennett of West Baden and April McDonald of West Baden

Granddaughter- Nova Lavon Speedy

Several nieces and nephews

Aunt- Gayle Stevens (John) of Somerville

Dana was preceded in death by her father, Jerry McDonald.

A memorial service to celebrate Dana’s life will be held on Monday, September 25, from 3 to 7 p.m. at McAdams Mortuary.
