Joe David Noble, Sr., age 73, of Hanover, formerly of Paoli, passed away on November 15, 2024, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.

Joe was born on January 30, 1951, in Jamestown, Kentucky, to Thomas K. Noble and Clora (Wells) Noble. On July 13, 1971, he married Linda Webster, who survives him.

Joe was a member of Local 795 Laborers Union, he retired after a 20-year career at the Indiana Labor Training Institute. He also ventured into entrepreneurship, pursuing various interests, including E-Deals/ auctions, fireworks, and co-owning JT Automotive with his brother, Tom.

Joe was a man of Christian faith, a pillar of strength, and a devoted example of love to his family and friends. He enjoyed music, fishing, football, and basketball, and he cherished time spent with his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Noble of Hanover; sons Joey Noble (Windy) of Indianapolis and John Noble of Hanover; brother Thomas K. Noble, Jr. (Shelba) of Odon; sister Anna J. Noble of Paoli; grandchildren Jacob Noble, Emily Noble, Joe D. “Trey” Noble III, and Mara Noble; and nieces and nephews Thomas K. Noble III, Scottie Noble, Danny Noble, Sara Robinson, Cathy Noble, Katie Butler, and Kelley Hustler.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister, Clara June Noble.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2024, at McAdams Mortuary, with Bro. Harvey McAdams officiating. Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial details will be announced at a later date.
