Linda May (Babcock) Thacker

Linda May Thacker, age 70, of Paoli passed away on November 10, 2022 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. She was born in Paoli, IN on June 17, 1952, to parents George & Lillian (Goodman) Babcock. Linda married William "Bill" Thacker on June 22, 1968. She retired from Childcraft formerly of Salem. Linda was also a member of the Paoli Christian Church.

Husband: William "Bill" Thacker of Paoli

Daughters: Melissa Pate & James of Paoli, Angie Longest & Danny of Paoli, Amanda Thacker & William Grisson of French Lick, & Beth Thacker of Paoli

Brother: Robert Babcock of Paoli

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: William Babcock, Mary Flannery & Betty Riley.

The visitation for Linda May Thacker will be Tuesday, November 15 from 11 am - 2 pm at Paoli Christian Church. The funeral will follow at 2 pm at the church. Bro. Gary Swick will officiate. Burial will be at Stampers Creek Cemetery. Arrangements by McAdams Mortuary.
