R. Regina Scott

R. Regina Scott, 78, of Paoli, passed away on November 25, 2024, at her home. She was born on January 12, 1946, in Shively, KY, to Charles R. and Mary J. (Carnes) Hazelwood.

Regina married Roy David Scott on June 3, 1967, and they shared a life together until his passing on February 24, 2023. She was a retired bank teller and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Paoli.

Regina is survived by son, Jeffrey David Scott (Dawn), grandson, Ryan David Scott all of Junction City, Oregon; and Son, Ricky Joseph Scott of Cheyenne, WY; and her siblings, Rita Kathleen Logsdon of Paoli, Judy Carolyn Gilliatt of Lake Placid, FL, Theresa Chey’enne Meister of French Lick, Marty Hazelwood of Paoli, Everett Leo Hazelwood (Cathy) of French Lick, Dennis Allen Hazelwood (Lisa) of Paoli, and Raymond Anthony Hazelwood of Eckerty.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Hazelwood, and her husband, Roy Scott.
