Russell "Smiley" C. Parke, age 75, passed away on October 7, 2022, at Memorial Hospital of Jasper. He was born on August 13, 1947, in Taswell, IN to parents Joseph Daniel Parke & Anna Faye (Mock) Parke. Russell married Dorothy E. Somerlotte on August 24, 1965. He was a retired employee of English Hardware.

Daughters: April Parke & Jeff Arnold of Taswell, Delila "Holly" Parke & Stacy Bush of Taswell, Allison "Jan" Barrow & Kenny Hornaday of Taswell, & Laurel A. Parke-Kirby & Paul Gabrel of English

Sister: Mary Wheeler & Troy of Taswell

Brothers: Randall Parke & Carolyn of Taswell & Clifford Parke & Rosemary of Valeene

Several Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

Russell was preceded in death by his parents, brother: William Parke, son-in-law: Orville Kirby,  & uncle: William "Will" Parke
