Sharon Ann Spear

Sharon Ann Spear, 73, of Orleans, passed away on October 9, 2024, at Paoli Health and Living Community. She was born on August 6, 1951, in West Baden, the daughter of Fred Picou and Eudora (Hooten) Picou. Sharon married Robert Spear on September 19, 1969. She loved to cook and go to yard sales and auctions, but she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. Sharon was retired from Walmart in Paoli.

Daughter - Heather Baker (Darren) of Orleans

Son - Gary Spear (Michelle) of Mitchell 

Bonus Daughter - Jessica Blanton (Steve) of Sellersburg

Sisters - June Allen (Howard) or French Lick, Virginia Morrison of Terra Haute, Barbara Pate (Danny) of Orleans, & Leona Lightner of Eldridge, Iowa

Sister-in-law - Mary Opal Denton of Paoli

Grandchildren - Taylor Baker (Autumn), Gavin Baker (Ashley), Conner Baker (Maggie Vincent), Collin Spear, Elsa Spear, & Judah Spear

Bonus Grandchildren - Madelyn & McKenna Blanton

Great Grandchildren - Baylin, Chase, Delaney, Benson, & Ava Baker

Several nieces, nephews, & Great nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother David Johnson

The visitation will be on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 4-8 pm at the Paoli Church of Christ.  The funeral will be on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 1 pm at the Paoli Church of Christ. Bro.
