Sylvia "Agnes" Flannery

Sylvia "Agnes" Flannery, 79 of Orleans, passed away October 21, 2023 at her home. She was born June 19, 1944 in Rushville to parents, Elmer H. & Margareth Violet (Whitney) Flannery. Agnes was retired from MiLin Wood Products formerly of Paoli. She also worked as an LPN and beautician. She was a member of Lake View Baptist Church of Lake View.

Survivors include:

Brothers- Hubert Ronald Flannery of Orleans & Ray Flannery (Pam) of Paoli

Sisters- Erma Browning (Ronnie) of Pekin & Kathy Bush (Harmon) of Mitchell

35 nieces and nephews  & several great  & great-great nieces and nephews

Agnes is preceded in death by her parents, brothers- Harlan, Elmer M., Arnold & Paul Flannery & sister- Willa Doris Hammond.

Visitation will be from 5-8pm, Tuesday, October 24 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 11am, Wednesday, October 25 at the funeral home and friends may call after 9am. Bro. Jimmy Johnson will officiate and burial will be in Stampers Creek Cemetery. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com.
