Virginia Larel Harper Fetz, 77, of Milltown, has, on August 2, 2021 gone on home to be with our Lord. She was daughter of the late Victoria (Green) & Kenneth Harper. She became the wife of John A. Fetz October 14, 1961. Virginia was a member of Rock Springs Church of Hardinsburg where she worked as church secretary, treasurer and Sunday school teacher. She has been a foster parent, Crawford County 4-H Leader and has her master’s degree in gardening. She attended Prosser business school, worked for Grahams Samaritan Shoe Box Program and she was a missionary in South America. Virginia received her nursing assistant certification and worked at several hospitals and retired from Midwest Nursing Pool of Troy, OH. She was also a member of Milltown Chapter #412 Easter Star.
Virginia is survived by:
Husband- John Fetz of Milltown
Daughter- Joyce Daniels of Wyandotte
Sons- John A. Fetz & William Fetz both of Milltown
Granddaughter- Melina Spencer of Palmyra
11 Grandchildren
10 Great Grandchildren
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, sisters- Vera Becker & Joy Meyer, brother- Fred Ayers & daughter- Margie Crecelius.
Visitation will be from 11am-2pm Thursday, August 5 at Rock Springs Church of Hardinsburg. Funeral will follow at 2pm at the church. Bro. Mark Manship will officiate. Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery. Arrangements made by McAdams Mortuary. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com
